40th Anniversary Celebration Concert

Compiled and arranged by Jayson Keeton. Join us for Center Stage Theatre’s 40th Anniversary Celebration, which will be a grand concert event! Featuring a full orchestra and chorus, conducted by Jayson Keeton a wide variety of artists will perform some of the most memorable songs from some of the most popular shows that CST has produced in the last 40 years. From classics like Show Boat and Rodgers & Hammerstein to modern favorites from Godspell and Little Shop of Horrors, there is sure to be something that everyone will enjoy! Performances will be Sept 29th at 8 pm, Sept 30th at 7:30 pm, and Oct 1st at 3 pm. There will be a gala event prior to the Sept 29th show, so be on the lookout for more details there. Tickets for the performances will be $15-18.

A Christmas Carol

Adapted for the Stage by Nathan E. Bradshaw from the original novella by Charles Dickens. Adaptations- Keith Parrish and Heath Radford. Since 2008, Center Stage Theatre’s A Christmas Carol has become a Downtown Goldsboro tradition, and CST continues to improve upon the annual production. Join us as we experience Scrooge’s personal transformation from “Bah! Humbug!” to “Merry Christmas!” in our 10th annual production of this classic story by Charles Dickens. Performances are Dec 8th at 7:30 pm, Dec 9th at 7:30 pm, and Dec 10th at 3 pm. Tickets are $15-$18 each.

 The Crucible

A Play by Arthur Miller. Join us for Center Stage Theatre’s production of The Crucible. This story is an American theatre classic, written by Arthur Miller. It tells the story of the Salem Witch Trials of the 1690’s, but is a tale that has stood the test of time. So come see this terrific drama at the Paramount Theatre as part of our 40th season celebration! Performances will be Feb 9th at 7:30 pm, Feb 10th at 7:30 pm, and Feb 11th at 3 pm. Tickets are $15-$18 each.

The Wizard of Oz

With Music and Lyrics by Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg,  background Music by Herbert Stothart, Dance and Vocal Arrangements by Peter Howard and Orchestration by Larry Wilcox. Join us over the rainbow as Center Stage Theatre closes out our 40th season with The Wizard of Oz! See the characters you know and love brought to life on the stage in Wayne County, with colorful costumes, classic songs, and everything else you could want from a visit to Oz. Just follow the yellow brick road right on down to the Paramount Theatre! Performances will be April 27th at 7:30 pm, April 28th at 7:30 pm, and April 29th at 3 pm. Tickets are $15-$18 each.
